We are seeking an IT Services Project Manager for the Workday Student Experience.

The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday Student implementation projects, focusing on enhancing the student experience through seamless integration with Workday, Banner ERP, and Financial Aid systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end management of Workday Student projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with IT, Academic Affairs, Student Services, and other departments to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teamwork to ensure smooth project integration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in higher education or with enterprise systems like Workday.
  • Proven experience managing or integrating with Banner ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Financial Aid regulations, processes, and systems.

Compensation: Estimated salary range is $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
