Our Campus

Kettering Health Washington Township is a 123-licensed-bed hospital and medical campus conveniently located off I-675. Our full-service hospital includes maternity care, emergency services, a hand trauma center, and specialty services located within the adjacent medical offices.

Responsibilities and Requirements

We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with at least 1 year of NICU experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care, including IPPB/IPPV, humidity and aerosol systems, medical gas systems, and ventilator preparation and management. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with postural drainage and percussion, arterial blood gas puncture analysis and interpretation, and non-invasive blood gas monitoring systems. Infection control procedures and bronchoscopy assist experience are also preferred.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the candidate must have a Registered Respiratory Therapist license, a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner license from the State of Ohio, and ACLS and BLS certifications. A graduate of an Associate degree or higher accredited Respiratory Care program is also required. Minimum one year practice as a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner is preferred, and NRP certification is also preferred or within 3 months of hire.
