About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at American Village, you will play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where residents' well-being is prioritized. You will work collaboratively with nursing and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.


Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to create a comforting atmosphere.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana, as well as the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
