Pacific Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Heart Failure Director to lead our established Metropolitan Cardiology Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing our heart failure program, working closely with cardiac surgery and vascular surgery teams, and contributing to our 20+ research and clinical trials programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive heart failure program, including direct admit to our heart hospital
- Lead and build upon our existing research and clinical trials programs, collaborating with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and vascular surgeons
- Work closely with nursing staff to ensure excellent cardiac care and plan for heart failure direct admit
- Manage a caseload of 50 heart failure patients per week, with a goal of 1120 TAVRs per year
- Collaborate with medical students, residents, and cardiology fellows to provide exceptional patient care
- Develop and implement income-based compensation plans, including RVU bonuses and generous benefits packages
