POSITION OVERVIEW:

The primary role of the Food Runner is to deliver exceptional service to guests while ensuring prompt and courteous table-side assistance. The runner must possess the ability to articulate details about all dishes served in the dining area and respond to relevant inquiries.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Welcome guests warmly, creating a friendly atmosphere
  • Efficiently transport food from the kitchen to the dining area according to the service sequence and instructions from the Chef or kitchen lead
  • Provide detailed descriptions of dishes upon serving, addressing any questions regarding the menu items
  • Communicate menu highlights, including any modifications or additions
  • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate delivery of food to the designated tables
COMPENSATION: $18.04 per hour
