Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of 90+ team members, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with the Owner/Operator to create and implement new policies and procedures, ensuring that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a work environment that ensures food safety and quality assurance standards are met, adhering to company standards in all areas of operations.
  • Create and manage schedules for team members, ensuring that our restaurant is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Report directly to the Owner/Operator, providing regular updates on the current and future state of the store.
Requirements
  • Opening or closing the store, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed.
  • Directing the daily operations of a quick-service restaurant, ensuring that food safety and quality assurance standards are met.
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, and financial accountability.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's Degree, with a focus on business, hospitality, or a related field.
