Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Redeemer Health. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

• Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform phlebotomy procedures with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare staff
• Work collaboratively with laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate test results
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest phlebotomy techniques and best practices

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an approved Medical Assistance Program and/or prior hospital phlebotomy experience preferred
• Phlebotomy certification recommended
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
