We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery unit, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role:
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients of all ages, coordinating and supervising members of the care team to ensure individualized quality patient care.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff members, physicians, patients, and families, while ensuring confidentiality of all patient information.
  • Apply clinical knowledge and expertise to coordinate patient care, regularly planning and evaluating the care of patients.
  • Document and communicate all observed symptoms, reactions, treatments, and changes in patient condition to the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • Current California RN license required.
  • Minimum one year current acute care registered nursing experience in specialty area required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in L&D required.
  • Must have successful completion of an accredited/approved Nursing program that Includes Labor and Delivery, which includes ACLS and PACU for C-section delivery.
  • Current certification in Advanced Fetal Monitoring required.
  • Current certification in specialty area preferred.
  • Experience with EHR (Cerner MediTech, etc.) preferred.
  • Current AHA BLS card required.
