We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at Buff City Soap Franchise. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring all client needs are met and treated professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Make recommendations for products and maintain minimum sales requirements.
  • Multi-task and juggle product production while engaging with clients.
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers.
  • Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to perform makery cleaning functions, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
