Special Education Support Professional

We are seeking a highly qualified Special Education Support Professional for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. This role will be based in the Albert Lea, Minnesota area, supporting students in grades ECSE and 8-12.
Job Overview- This is a full-time position with competitive weekly compensation, including benefits such as health, optical, and dental insurance, 401k matching, and relocation assistance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and possess excellent communication skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
Responsibilities- Support students in grades ECSE and 8-12 with their academic and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- School experience is essential for this role.
- Competitive weekly compensation: $70,000-$90,000 per year.
