About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at ILARL Saint Francis Hospital. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting imaging procedures and providing diagnostic aid to patients.

Your primary duties will include preparing and positioning patients, selecting anatomic and technical parameters accurately, and administering contrast media and medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.

You will work closely with our radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that all procedures are completed safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with imaging procedures and providing diagnostic aid to patients.
  • Preparing and positioning patients for imaging procedures.
  • Selecting anatomic and technical parameters accurately for imaging procedures.
  • Administering contrast media and medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Observing patient during procedure and reporting abnormal activity.
  • Monitoring protocols and recommending updates or refinements as warranted.
  • FOLLOWING RADIATION SAFETY PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES.
  • Ensuring all activities comply with regulatory agency standards.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
