Job Description: Residential Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Residential Advisor at our Detroit center. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students to ensure a safe and secure living environment, scheduling clean up and maintenance tasks, and providing support for various activities and events.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure orderly and clean living conditions by overseeing daily routines and submitting repair requests as needed.
  • Provide supervision for cafeteria, laundry, special activities, and other areas of the program, identifying and addressing student problems and conducting dormitory meetings.
  • Maintain effective communication with students' counselors, instructors, and staff members, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.
  • Attend staff in-service training sessions, participate in PRH mandated staff training, and adhere to Serrato Corporation policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year working with youth or related experience and/or training.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's Degree in a human services field is preferred.
  • Valid State Driver's License.

Salary Range:

$43,000 - $51,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
