Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, including filter replacements, flushes, and other tasks to ensure the optimal performance of diesel vehicles.
- Diagnostic and Repair: Use diagnostic tools to identify and repair issues with diesel vehicles, including brake systems, suspension and steering systems, and HVAC systems.
- Engine Repair: Repair and replace engine components, including belts, hoses, gaskets, and seals, to ensure the optimal performance of diesel engines.
- Quality Control: Test drive vehicles and test components and systems to ensure successful repair and meet quality standards.
- Work Environment: Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Certifications: Ford or General Motors certified technicians preferred, ASE certified, and valid driver's license.
- Experience: Strong background in diesel repair and maintenance, with experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Tools and Equipment: Must have own tools and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
