Role Overview:
The Hospitality Services Representative is the welcoming face for all guests upon their arrival, playing a crucial role in establishing a positive first impression. Key responsibilities include managing check-ins and check-outs, issuing room keys, maintaining guest account records, processing payments, and modifying reservations as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for guests.
- Appropriately issue room keys to guests.
- Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Ensure guest accommodations are met throughout their stay.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols; report any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
- Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; proactively address their service needs.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns related to hotel amenities and services.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with positive body language.
