We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our members, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, including sandwiches, salads, and hot entrees, to meet the needs of our members.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and provide excellent customer service.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure that all products are properly stored and rotated.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant setting.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to member needs and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
