Job Title: Mobility Therapist

About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Mobility Therapist to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Mobility Therapist, you will work with patients in an acute care setting, developing and implementing plans of care to improve mobility and function.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Implement interventions to improve patient mobility and function
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
- 6 months of experience as a Physical Therapist
- State-specific licensure and BLS certification
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, with strength and endurance to perform physical tasks

Compensation:
Our estimated salary range is $60-$80 per hour, paid bi-weekly. This rate is based on industry standards and takes into account your location and experience level. You can expect to earn around $120,000 per year, depending on your hours worked and pay schedule. We also offer a tax-free stipend, which can add up to thousands of dollars more to your annual income.
