About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team at Access Dx Laboratory, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and processing patient samples while maintaining strict HIPAA guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Arrange daily activities based on urgency of requests for fluid samples.
  • Identify patients and their personal information using their ID or other means.
  • Determine the right venipuncture method based on patient age and health.
  • Record patient data accurately on requisition forms/electronic lab orders.

**Requirements:

  • Certified and/or professionally trained phlebotomist.
  • Completed phlebotomy training course(s) and documentation of completed training.
  • High School Graduate.
  • At least one year phlebotomy/specimen collections experience.

**What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
