Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Nurse. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our renal care services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of patient data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-care and independence.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which he or she is employed.
- Experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a dialysis setting.
- Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience.
- Successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test.
- A competitive hourly rate of $53.00.
