Job Description

This DSP-2 Mentor Support Professional role is part of our team at TERI Inc, a company dedicated to empowering individuals with special needs. The successful candidate will work closely with our Behavior Specialist, Program Director, and Center for the Arts Supervisors to provide training, supervision, and program planning.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Mentor and train instructors to support individuals with challenging behaviors.
  • Ensure high instructional standards and a culture of professional behavior.
  • Complete necessary documentation for data sheet development, semi-annual progress reports, and incident reporting.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred Bachelor's Degree in Education.
  • One year of related experience and/or training, preferably in a day program setting.
  • Ability to obtain a Class B Driver's License with 2 years clean driving record.
