Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified CDL A Driver to join our team at TransForce Inc. This role involves driving long distances across the country, ensuring timely delivery of goods.


Job Details

  • Location: Atlanta, GA
  • Route Type: Over-the-Road (OTR)
  • Assignment Type: Dedicated
  • Vehicle Type: Dry Van
  • Transmission: Automatic

Qualifications

  • CDL Requirement: Must possess a valid CDL A license
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year driving experience
  • Loading/Unloading: Capable of live loading/unloading and drop and hook operations

Additional Requirements

  • Must have a current medical card valid for at least 90 days
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience with tractor-trailer driving
  • No DWI/DUI convictions in the past 7 years
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Minimum age requirement: 25 years
  • No major violations in the last 36 months
  • Maximum of 3 violations, including 1 DOT reportable accident
  • No more than 2 violations in the last 12 months
  • Must be alert, focused, and detail-oriented
  • Physically and mentally fit for the job

Compensation

Earn up to $0.58 per mile with an average of 2500 miles per week.
