Position Overview
We are seeking Engineering Program Leads to join our Engineering team and propel our engineering initiatives forward.

In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals to develop tools that enhance the health of individuals.

As an Engineering Program Lead, your responsibilities will include:

- Establishing processes that facilitate engineers' work and empower us to deliver exceptional products for our providers and patients.

- Cultivating and enhancing our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

- Proactively identifying challenges that impact engineering delivery and implementing solutions.

- Bridging the gap between product managers and engineers to ensure complex issues are effectively broken down and monitored.

- Assisting engineers in making informed decisions that align with project scope and timelines.

- Sharing reports and metrics on team progress with organizational leadership.
