Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol hospital premises to prevent and detect security breaches, ensuring the safety of all individuals on site.
  • Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, and security incidents.
  • Provide assistance and information to patients, visitors, and staff, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure a secure and safe environment.
  • Document incidents and maintain accurate records, providing detailed reports as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with regular walking and standing required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with variable shifts, including nights and weekends. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
