Position: Stryker Mechanic

Location: Tillicum, WA

Essential Qualifications: Proven experience as a Stryker mechanic is required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license is mandatory.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Enjoy paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the Stryker platform and related equipment to ensure compliance with the 1020 standard.
  • Perform quality inspections of vehicles in line with De-processing checklists and Joint Technical Inspection (TI) forms.
  • Facilitate the De-processing of Stryker's equipment and modifications/installations under the supervision of U.S. Government personnel.
  • Provide technical assistance to team members as necessary.
  • Conduct vehicle familiarization training, including safe operations, PMCS (Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services), and knowledge of organizational maintenance protocols.
  • Support U.S. Government personnel as directed.
  • Actively contribute to maintaining a safe workplace by promoting environmental health and safety practices, including the training on proper use of personal protective equipment.

Position Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a Stryker mechanic.
  • Familiarity with diesel engines is essential.
  • Capability to obtain and sustain a NACI clearance for access to other U.S. installations.
  • Willingness to work in confined spaces within vehicle interiors occasionally.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated capacity to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Proven track record of performing various tasks across multiple workstations.
  • Strong housekeeping skills and the ability to instill these practices in team members.
  • Ability to work extended hours in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
  • Must be able to secure and maintain access to military bases as required.
  • Compliance with ASR guidelines for driver's station entry is necessary.
  • Possession of a valid U.S. Passport is required.
  • Willingness to deploy as needed to support fielding missions both domestically and internationally.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
