Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Stability Direct. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in our ICU and inpatient units.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer all forms of respiratory care and treatment to patients, including ventilation, oxygen therapy, and aerosolized medications.
  • Monitor patients' oxygen saturation, end-tidal CO2, and blood gas analysis, and adjust therapy as needed.
  • Perform high humidity and aerosol therapy, and process reusable respiratory equipment.
  • Assist with bedside bronchoscopies and pulmonary function screening.
  • Document patient care and therapy in the electronic medical record.
  • Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current RCP and RRT licenses, and BCLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Experience in ICU and inpatient settings, with knowledge of adult, pediatric, and neonatal ventilation.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
