About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Truck Maintenance Technician to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of trucks.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair trucks in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with engines, transmissions, and other critical systems
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet maintenance goals and deadlines
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in truck maintenance and repair
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification preferred
  • ASE certification and 608/609 certifications a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work safely at heights and in all weather conditions
Benefits
