Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian/CSR to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
  • Conduct surface care, including dusting, sanitizing, and polishing metal and wood surfaces
  • Empty trash and recycle bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas
  • Replace light bulbs and restock supply cabinets and rooms
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
