Compensation:

  • Hourly Wage: $22.50 | $26.00 after 6 months (Paid Weekly)
    • Incentive Pay: Based on Performance
    • Shift Differential: 2nd Shift- $0.50 | 3rd Shift- $0.75

Work Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM-Midnight | 3rd Shift: Midnight-7:30 AM
    • Flexibility to work both shifts is required, with a commitment to the assigned shift for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Average Weekly Hours: 40-50
  • Overtime Pay: Applicable after an 8-hour workday
  • Shifts: 5 Days/8 Hour Shifts with Required Overtime

Compensation Philosophy:

Role Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Order Selector will perform various tasks, including receiving and processing incoming products, selecting and filling orders from inventory, stacking, wrapping products, and building pallets. Team members will utilize a voice-controlled system to select items in a multi-temperature warehouse environment, employing powered material handling equipment.

  • Safely and accurately select customer orders without damage.
  • Construct orders according to assigned load tickets.
  • Shrink wrap and label completed orders.
  • Transport finished orders to the loading dock or trailer.
  • Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
  • Receive inbound products and manage inventory as necessary.
  • Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and operate machinery safely.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing basic sanitation duties.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to meet productivity goals.
  • Complete additional projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screening.
  • Physical capability to lift items ranging from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. regularly, and up to 170 lbs. for keg products.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6 months of experience in physically demanding roles, such as healthcare, sports, farming, construction, or landscaping.
  • Experience with Material Handling Equipment in a multi-temperature setting; forklift certification is advantageous.
  • Background in stocking, product handling, local delivery, or unloading.
  • Experience in foodservice distribution, grocery, or beverage delivery.
