Responsibilities:

  • Work well under general supervision and collaborate with various positions in the restaurant
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow established food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Operate the dish machine and maintain its cleanliness
  • Supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures, change water, and store and use dish chemicals correctly
  • Set up and organize the dish racks
  • Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Exhibit teamwork and a positive attitude

Qualifications:

  • Consistency and reliability in your work
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • High energy levels and a willingness to learn
  • Values teamwork and customer service
  • Open availability and flexibility to work any shift, with a preference for closing shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a wet, confined area with elevated temperatures
  • Continuous bending, reaching, twisting, and use of hands
