Position Summary:
The Bistro Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of menu items, including specialty beverages. This role involves ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness in the kitchen and bar areas.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve meals and beverages to guests.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and bar area post-service.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in food service or bar settings is preferred.
2. Must possess or be willing to obtain TABC certification.
3. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
