Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Paramedic to join our team at Northside Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency medical services and be able to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity that requires the paramedic to work closely with medical, nursing, and respiratory staff to provide care and treatment to patients across various age groups and medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the care and treatment of patients, including those requiring medical surgical, intermediate care, and emergency department services. This will involve working collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans, as well as maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and patients.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a graduate degree from an accredited Paramedic Program and hold a current Paramedic License in the state of Georgia. Additionally, they must possess Basic Life Support certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification, and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

It is desirable for candidates to be members of the National Registry of Emergency Technicians (NREMT-Paramedic).

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, employees also enjoy a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
