About the Role:
The Customer Service Specialist is a vital part of our team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience at Thorntons (Kentucky). As a representative of our brand, you will be expected to provide top-notch service, ensuring our guests have a fast, friendly, and fresh shopping experience. Your primary focus will be on maintaining brand standards, executing tasks within our Store Operating System, and supporting store goals and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a 'how may I help you' attitude, seeking opportunities to delight guests and following instructions from store management.
• Practice safe working habits that align with company safety rules, advising store management of any maintenance or safety problems.
• Adhere to all city, county, state, and other applicable laws and regulations regarding restricted sales such as alcohol, tobacco, and lottery.

Requirements:
• Follow written and verbal direction/instructions, seeking clarification when required.
• Work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Seek appropriate support to solve problems in a timely manner.

Skill Set:
• Demonstrates self-control in stressful situations.
• Adaptability and flexibility to respond effectively to a variety of situations.
• Possesses an open and approachable demeanor with a positive and constructive tone of voice and a 'can do' attitude.

Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of $35,000 - $40,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect weekly pay, free dispensed beverage during your shift, a free meal per shift, medical, dental, vision, 401k (matching company contribution), vacation, sick leave, and life insurance.
