* Supervise on-site 12-hour shifts of APP support with teaching and training
* Cover the newborn nursery and take a rotation of not on staff baby coverage for physicians or pediatricians who don't see their inpatient newborns
* Participate in teaching with Deaconess Family Medicine Residents or Indiana University Medical Students
