Position Overview

3. **Budgeting and Execution**: Develop, program, budget, and implement necessary projects aligned with assigned programs, while also providing consulting services and project coordination.
4. **Data Collection and Evaluation**: Gather and analyze data to assess factors impacting the application of engineering concepts, principles, and methodologies necessary for evaluating physical and technical features.
5. **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring that all work is conducted in a manner that promotes a safe working environment.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the standards set forth by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for General Schedule Professional and Scientific Positions. This includes:
- A degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- A combination of education and experience that demonstrates a thorough understanding of engineering principles and practices.

Specialized Experience
Applicants should possess at least one year of specialized experience at a level equivalent to GS-11, which includes knowledge of civil engineering concepts, construction management, and design practices.
