As a Family Practice Physician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional medical care to our clients, including conducting medical histories, physical examinations, and reviewing required medical tests and documents.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations
- Review and interpret medical test results and documents
- Secure and record applicant health history findings
- Assess and render medical opinions on applicant fitness for programs
- Apply medical standards to determine applicant qualifications
- Provide high-quality medical care with dignity and respect
- Comply with all installation policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- Completed residency program or provided direct patient care within the last three years
- Current unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state, D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. Virgin Islands
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Certification from the American Heart Association
Physical Demands:
- Sit and talk or hear regularly
- Use repeated motions with arms, wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Occasionally walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
