Job Summary

The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will play a critical role in providing financial analysis and reporting for Operations-focused FP&A. This position will be part of our Field Financial team, working closely with 33 airline catering units throughout the U.S. to provide insights and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop creative solutions using technical programs such as Excel and Access.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support FP&A analysis and reporting.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and annual financial analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed analysis of cost overruns and savings opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver professional presentations of financial results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with key Finance personnel to explain financial results and opportunities to customers.
  • Work with the Field Finance Manager FP&A to develop additional analysis and programs to support BU Controllers.
  • Assist with preparing the annual budget for the DL units and presenting financial results to customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or equivalent.
