Job Summary

The Pumping Systems Specialist - Water Division will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our water treatment division, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage personnel and schedules for the water treatment division.
  • Inspect and maintain pump and lift stations, cross-connections, backflow systems, and irrigation programs.
  • Collaborate with agencies and respond to customer concerns regarding water quality.
About This Opportunity

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, as you will be responsible for managing equipment, inventory, and budgets, including planning for capital improvements. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that our water treatment systems are operating at peak efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction or related science field, supplemented by a minimum of eight (8) years previous experience which includes wastewater and water distribution system operation, maintenance, construction and repair, administration, and supervision.
  • Must possess a valid Texas Water Distribution Class B License or a Texas Class II Wastewater Collection Operator License, or the ability to obtain these licenses within one year of employment.
