Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at MountainView Hospital. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and prepare radiopharmaceuticals for patient use
  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, including cameras and scanners
  • Collaborate with licensed medical practitioners to provide patient care and treatment
  • Exercise professional judgment in performance of services and maintain a high standard of medical ethics
  • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding nuclear medicine procedures and treatment options
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field
  • Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or Registered Technologist (RT)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
