About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Therapist to join our team, working with troubled youth and their families to provide clinical assessments, treatment plans, and crisis counseling.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of youth in care, identifying areas of need and developing effective treatment plans.
- Supervise clinical aspects of professional therapy, case management, and professional training, ensuring adherence to licensing and quality assurance standards.
- Provide individual, family, group, and crisis counseling to client population, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Develop and conduct training for both clinical and residential staff in coordination with the Clinical Director, promoting best practices and quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective case management and client record keeping, maintaining accurate and timely submission of statistical reports.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience working with troubled youth, preferably adolescents, and their families.
- Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable.
