Dental Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Dental Scheduling Specialist to join our orthodontic office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing communication, and ensuring seamless scheduling operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule appointments for new and existing patients, utilizing expert knowledge of scheduling software and electronic health records.
- Coordinate and confirm patient appointments, including sending appointment reminders via email or phone.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality guidelines.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in dental or medical office settings, preferably with orthodontic expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
