Key Responsibilities
- Deliver thorough legal guidance on intricate estate planning, trust management, and probate matters.
- Draft and evaluate a variety of legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.
- Advocate for clients in probate and trust disputes.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to inform clients about the legal ramifications of various estate planning approaches.
- Foster and maintain robust client relationships through outstanding service.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in estate and trust law, emphasizing probate and estate administration.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
