About the Role

This full-time position offers a rewarding and challenging opportunity to work in a fast-paced MedSurg unit. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to a culture of excellence and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a MedSurg setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
