**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Supply Chain Management team as a summer intern. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, working closely with our experienced professionals to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the supply chain industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues and improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology, or Business/Management.
  • Must be graduating between December 2025 and May 2028.
  • Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the summer months.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced plant environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to distill complex subjects to a wider audience.
  • Prior internship experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership in field of study, extracurricular activities or service organizations.
  • Experience with commodities (metals, stampings, castings, plastics, resins, paint, electronics, etc.).
  • Exposure to logistics, packaging or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and databases.
  • Knowledge of materials management.
  • Experience with interpreting market data.
  • Exposure to reading blueprints and understanding basic engineering documents.
  • Emerging partnership and teamwork skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability and trust.
