Veterinary Receptionist II

Cleveland Park Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time customer service representative to join our team. As a veterinary receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and customer service.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate medical records
• Triaging and scheduling appointments, walk-ins, and emergencies
• Process prescription refill requests and admit/discharge patients
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean and organized workspace

• 1 year of veterinary experience required
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Exceptional record keeping and organizational skills
