Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Phoenix Operations Group. As a key member of our engineering services company, you will play a critical role in protecting and advancing our cyber resources.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with expertise in Python and distributed computing technologies. You will be responsible for building Machine Learning solutions using Agile methodology to augment human analysts in carrying out critical Intelligence and Defense missions.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement Machine Learning models to support mission-critical tasks
  • Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to understand the mission space and explore/characterize/process data sets
  • Implement analytics using Apache Spark and other distributed technologies
  • Work in a Linux environment and utilize Jupyter Notebook for data analysis and visualization
