  • Administer medications and perform various patient tests within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
  • Promote patients' independence by establishing care goals and teaching patients and families about self-care skills, medications, and condition management.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing and current RN licensure.
  • ACLS and BLS certification, with TNCC preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, move, and position patients, as well as stand for long periods.

Work Schedule:

Night Shift: 7pm - 7am
