Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for patients.
- Administer medications and perform various patient tests within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
- Promote patients' independence by establishing care goals and teaching patients and families about self-care skills, medications, and condition management.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing and current RN licensure.
- ACLS and BLS certification, with TNCC preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, move, and position patients, as well as stand for long periods.
Work Schedule:
Night Shift: 7pm - 7am
