About the Job

Mercy Group Staffing is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services in a school-based setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with students and collaborate with educators to develop and implement effective therapy plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with identified needs
  • Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to set measurable goals for students
  • Implement therapy sessions in accordance with IEPs and collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student success
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed school speech-language pathologist certified in the state of New Mexico
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Minimum of five years of experience in the field
