Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year based on experience
$3,500 Signing Bonus

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency on job sites and consistently uphold integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to assess and execute project scopes.
  • Lead and supervise a team of 2-4 members.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding schedules and project progress.
  • Identify, address, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Develop job scopes and timelines based on project specifications.
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing materials.
  • Ensure successful project completion on time and within budget.
  • Enforce safety protocols among team members.

Qualifications:
  • Diverse skill set in construction, including framing, carpentry, plumbing, tile work, flooring, and electrical.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in construction trades and 2 years in construction management.
  • Ability to lift and move materials on-site and work full days effectively.
  • Reliable transportation to various job sites.
  • Exhibit honesty, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience in construction management, including crew supervision, job scoping, scheduling, and client relations.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Google Drive and CMS.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to grow personally, explore new opportunities, and enhance craftsmanship.
