ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE:
During the training phase, you will be expected to acquire the following skills:
- Comprehensively understand and execute all tasks assigned by the management team.
- Exhibit good manners, tact, and sound judgment when interacting with guests.
- Become proficient in operating POS systems, telephones, and job-specific technology.
- Gain familiarity with menu offerings and service techniques.
- Develop an extensive understanding of the beverage offerings.

- Promptly serve beverages to guests, greet them warmly, and process payments accurately.
- Take and manage new orders efficiently.
- Assist in delivering drinks, clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables alongside support staff when possible.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within your designated area.
- Perform side duties such as restocking juices, syrups, garnishes, and resetting your section.
- Uphold high standards of service and courtesy.
- Address guest complaints promptly and courteously.
- Understand and adhere to the proper service sequence.
- Consistently work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner.
- Demonstrate the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Commit to punctuality for all scheduled shifts.
- Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor.
- Follow all company policies, health regulations, and safety protocols.
- Complete tasks as assigned by the management team.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Capable of standing for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Employees are expected to present themselves in a neat, clean, and professionally groomed manner, including wearing a clean uniform for each shift, maintaining well-groomed nails, and practicing good personal hygiene. Detailed uniform requirements will be provided upon hiring.
