Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team on weekends. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing positive leadership and direction of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
  • Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shift while also delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required)
  • Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing
  • Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
  • Must be CPR certified
