Low Voltage Electrician Specialist

Amentum is seeking a highly skilled Low Voltage Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of low-voltage equipment.

As an Electrician with Amentum, you will be responsible for:

• Installing, servicing, and repairing electrical equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial environments
• Replacing defective circuit breakers, switches, fuses, and other electrical wiring devices
• Applying knowledge of electrical theory in analyzing and troubleshooting electrical systems or equipment

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as a journey-level Electrician in the field of commercial and industrial plant electrical maintenance, working with systems of 600 VAC and below. A certification from an accredited technical school's Electrical Maintenance level 2 program or completion of an approved/certified apprenticeship program will also be considered.

Please note that this role requires the ability to work at heights with mechanical lifting devices up to 300 feet and obtain a license to operate these devices. You must also be CPR certified and wear hard-toed safety shoes that meet ASTM F2413-05 standards.
